never go to the burger place. I asked for light sauce, burger was swimming in it, literally. couldn’t take one bite without being covered in the “incredible sauce”(only thing incredible about it is how much they put on there) the bun sliding off and it being the ONLY THING YOU TASTE, this is my first and last review on anything.

Went to Totally Tea in the food court today - very friendly and personable employees, very shady, questionable business tactics. Got 2 standard milk teas with boba. As they were being finished, we were asked if we wanted cold foam. Said sure; did not realize that was an upcharge and we didn't see it on their very small menu. Our fault for not asking, I guess. The total ended up being over $26 (and I tipped 10%), and I didn't think to question it, because I hadn't realized the cold foam was extra and felt too awkward now that the drinks had been made. When I was watching them be rung up, he had put them in as 2 "Pink drinks" and I also didn't think to question that because at the time I figured they were all one price. It wasn't until we were in the car leaving that I realized that Pink drinks are more than the base prices vs a nornal milk tea. Good product, not for what they charged us.

This has to be the worst mall I have ever been to in my life. I was in and out in roughly 20 minutes, (which was simply the time it took me to walk past all of the worthless, uninteresting stores.) You walk into the mall, and you can hear your footsteps echoing while you pass by the stores. This mall has so much potential given its location and size, but is unfortunately being held back by its tenants. Other than Dillards and Macy’s, which are both in DESPERATE need of renovation, there are virtually no options for men’s clothing. The cleanliness of the mall was up to par, but the lack of men’s clothing options, poor variety of stores, and severely outdated department stores (Dillard’s and Macy’s), I would not come back, nor recommend this mall to anyone looking for a place to shop.

I drive 1 hour to visit the small. It has stores that are no longer in my area. It's not too large to navigate. I always find parking close to the entrance. This is a great alternative for people that might not want to go into Cleveland or Pittsburgh and deal with the traffic. The vlVersona store is excellent.

The stores are great. Parking is good. Always enjoy food from there food court. However, the bathroom, the women’s bathroom is always filthy. Every time I come to this mall and use the bathroom. It’s always dirty. I always see a lot of people working out in the court yard area near the food court cleaning, but never anyone cleaning the dirty bathrooms.!
